- A Poem Dedicated to the last 150 years of this planet.
By a Slient, Silent Chinese.

When We were called Sick man of Asia, We were called The Yellow Peril.
When We are billed to be the next Superpower, We are called The China Threat.
When We were closed our doors, You smuggled Opium to Open Markets.
When We Embrace Freed Trade, You blame us for Taking Away Your Jobs.
When We were falling apart, You marched in your troops and wanted your “fair share”.
China was broken into pieces. And You killed, burned, maimed and looted,
Just go to the British Museum and The Louvre, which of those Arts and Relics were bought fair?
To be fair, When Woodrow Wilson Couldn’t give back Birth Place of Confucius back to Us, But He did buy a ticket for the Famine Relief Ball for us…
-A trickle of good will in a sea of despair.
Never again, we said, We stood up and fought for our survival.
And piece by piece we put our nation together again,
all of a sudden, “Free Tibet” you screamed, “it was an invasion!”
Never mind, that those who shouted caused the original suffering and pain.
When We Tried Communism, You hated us for being Communists
When We embrace Capitalism, You hate us for being Capitalists.
When We have a Billion People, you said we were destroying the planet.
When We are tried limited our numbers, you said It was human rights abuse.
When We were Poor, You think we are dogs. (Remember, Chinese and dog)
When We Loan you cash, You blame us for your debts.
When We build our industries, You called us Polluters.
When we made you consumer goods, You blame us for global warming.
When We buy oil, You called that exploitation and Genocide.
When You fight for oil, You called that Liberation.
When We were lost in Chaos and Rampage, You wanted Rules of Law for us.
When We uphold law and order against Violence, You called that Violating Human Rights.
When We were silent, You said you want us to have Free Speech.
When We were silent no more, You say we were Brainwashed-Xenophobics.
Why do you hate us so much? We asked.
“No,” You Answered, “We don’t hate You.
We don’t Hate You either,
But Do you understand us?
“Of course We do,” You said,
“We have AFP, CNN and BBCs…
What do you really want from us?
Think Hard first, then Answer…
Because you only get so many chances,
Enough is Enough, Enough Hypocrisy for this one world.
We want One World, One Dream, And Peace On Earth.
- This Big Blue Earth is Big Enough for all of Us.

当我们关上大门时，你们靠走私毒品来“打开市场”。
当我们想拒绝毒品时，你们就用武力强行推销。

当我们碎裂成几片时，你们的军队闯进来要求公平分赃。

我们尝试共产主义，你们恨我们是共产分子。
好，我们接纳了资本主义，你们又恨我们是资本家。
当我们有十亿人民时，你们说我们正在压垮这个星球。
于是我们实行了计划生育，可是你们又说这是违反人权。
当我们贫穷时，你们认为我们是狗。
当我们借给你们现金时，你们又骂我们使你们负了债。
当我们建设我们的工业时，你们称我们是污染者。
你们一边享用我们提供的物美价廉的商品，一边责备我们助长了温室效应。
当我们购买石油时，你们嚷嚷着“剥削非洲和支持种族屠杀”。
而当你们为石油发动战争时，你们说它是“解放”。
当我们在动乱时，你们惊呼，然后要插手替我们制定律法。
当我们依法平息***时，你们称这是“野蛮镇压”。
当我们沉默时，你们说我们没有言论自由。
当我们不再沉默时，你们又说我们仇外，因为全都被洗了脑。
“你们为什么那么恨我们？”我们不禁要问。
“不不不，我们不恨任何人，我们西方世界一向文明、公平、宽容、博爱……”
“你们理解我们吗？”我们不禁疑惑。
“开什么玩笑，这还用问？！”你们说，“别忘了我们有世界上最好的媒体——AFP、CNN和BBCs.”
